Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 10/20/2026

This policy applies to subscriptions bought from LocalPro One LLC (“LocalPro,” “we,” “us”), Parrish, FL.

Cancelling

• All subscriptions are month-to-month unless the checkout says yearly. There is no cancellation fee.
• To cancel, use our cancellation page (localpro.one/cancel), call (941) 242-8292 or email info@localpro.one.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your service keeps working until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months, because cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation that had already taken effect), contact us and we will refund it.
• If a plan page or checkout states a specific money-back promise, we honor it as written.

Before you leave

• Managed Business Website customers can request a free ZIP export of their transferable website files. Forms and integrations may need to be reconfigured with a new provider.
• If you cancel, we may offer a lower-cost hosting-only option.
• Domain registrations and renewals are separate. They are not refunded by LocalPro once registered with the registrar.
